Free 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship the item back at our expense.
You can request a return through our system by accessing your order. We will issue a free return label once we confirm that your item is eligible for a return.
Once we receive the item, we will thoroughly inspect it before issuing your refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be the original item received from us, in the same brand-new condition in which you received it, undamaged, unaltered, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Most items will be shipped with one or more security seals with a unique numerical code. If any of the security seals are missing, broken, tampered with, or have a code different from the one in our records, we may apply a restocking fee of up to 30% of the item’s value.
Failure to return the original item in the original condition, including all original packaging materials, will cause a restocking fee to be applied to your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please access your order to request an exchange, and we will provide a free shipping label for this purpose.
Refunds
We will issue a full, partial, or zero refund depending on the condition of the item received. The refund will be applied directly to your original form of payment and may take three to seven days to appear on your credit card.
The REFUND will be issued NOT EARLIER than when we receive the item back and NOT LATER than TWO DAYS after that.
